Welcome light
Door handle lamp (if equipped)
When all the doors (and liftgate) are closed and locked, the door handle lamp
will come on for about 15 seconds if any of the below is performed.
- When the door unlock button is pressed on the smart key.
- When the button of the outside door handle is pressed with the smart key
in possession.
- When the vehicle is approached with the smart key in possession.
Headlamp and parking lamp
When the headlamp (with the lamp switch in the headlamp or AUTO position) is
on and all doors (and trunk) are locked and closed, the parking lamp and headlamp
will come on for 15 seconds when the door unlock button is pressed on the smart
key.
At this time, if you press the door lock or unlock button on the smart key the
parking lamp and headlamp will turn off immediately.
You can activate or deactivate the Welcome Light from the User Settings mode
on the LCD display.
Interior lamp
When the interior lamp switch is in the DOOR position and all doors (and tailgate)
are closed and locked, the room lamp will come on for 30 seconds if any of the below
is performed.
- When the door unlock button is pressed on the smart key.
- When the button of the outside door handle is pressed.
At this time, if you press the door lock or unlock button, the room lamp will
turn off immediately.
The luggage compartment lamp comes on when the liftgate is opened.
NOTICE
The luggage compartment lamp comes on as long as the liftgate is open. To
prevent unnecessary charging system drain, close the liftgate securely after using
the luggage compartment...
A : Wiper speed control
· MIST – Single wipe
· OFF – Off
· INT – Intermittent wipe

B : Intermittent control wipe time adjustment
C :Wash with brief wipes

Consult an authorized HYUNDAI dealer to replace most vehicle light bulbs. It
is difficult to replace vehicle light bulbs because other parts of the vehicle must
be removed before you can get to the bulb. This is especially true for removing
the headlamp assembly to get to the bulb(s)...
Removal1.Loosen the wheel nuts slightly.Raise the vehicle, and make sure it is securely supported.2.Remove the rear wheel and tire (A) from the rear hub. Tightening torque : 107.9 - 127.5 N.m (11.0 - 13.0 kgf.m, 79.6 - 94.0 lb-ft)
